The Academic Wizard

Scrolls and books and magic at its finest. The wizards of the academies use the most classical magical formulae and lessons to produce the most exquisite spells. This guys, for example, rather than producing some singular gauche fireball, has produced pure star-fire and then projected wind through it to produce a much cleaner, brighter flame. Neat, eh?
